When you sell the home you grew up in and have loved for over 40 years, it is a very emotional decision. Denise Holleritter had an incredibly personal yet professional manner in which she helped us step through this process. Denise's attention to detail and going beyond expectations are characteristic of her excellent work ethic. She sets her standards high and works to achieve that goal. She made some suggestions for staging and highered a fantastic photographer, which I believe sold our house before anyone even walked in. The entire process was extremely simple from our perspective, because Denise had done all the background work and presented us with simple next steps. Denise handled an extremely busy Open House with grace and ease, and helped us feel at ease knowing so many strangers were walking through our house! We were confident all was safe and she had everything under control. Denise Holleritter is an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

We first met Denise at an open house in late spring / early summer. As young, first-time homebuyers, we were trying to get a feel for the market and available properties. Denise communicated an understanding of the difficulties facing homebuyers in the current market. In fact, she has a daughter who is almost exactly our age and is going through the process of buying a first home herself. Denise then invited us into her office to learn about the home-buying process. She expected nothing in return. We listened to her presentation during the summer and knew she would be able to guide us through this difficult journey. Denise did an amazing job finding properties that were reasonable and within our budget. She was willing to tell us her candid opinions about homes that were overvalued, undervalued, would need work, etc. Denise went out of her way to make sure we put a well-crafted offer in on a home that we love. Closing went very smoothly thanks to her and her staff, and she presented us with a lovely gift when all was done. We loved working with Denise and hope to stay in touch with her outside her real estate capacity!

Denise was amazing! Super knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Denise made our home buy experience stress free and was always available to answer our questions day or night. I called to inquire about a home for sale and although that home was under contract, had a discussion with Denise Holleritter about what we were looking for and a timeline. At the time, I was searching around casually for homes as my husband was not 100% on board with selling. Denise and I discussed my situation and exchanged contact information. A few months later Denise called to check in we started discussing the current sale and purchase market. She gave me some good pointers on some things for my husband to consider based on his lack of motivation to sell. She helped me tip the scales and my husband agreed to list the house and start looking for another to purchase. Working with Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She is the utmost professional, but even above that, she is a stellar human being. She did her research on our home and the current market, and was open to my thoughts on a slightly higher asking price, given the factors that I cited. She educated us on not pricing the house too high, so that we attract the maximum amount of serious buyers. We arrived at a good sale price and ended up getting 2 very good offers after an open house. She discussed back and forth with the buyers' agents, and we ended up getting $75K over our asking price, with inspections waved, and two months remaining in the home rent free while we looked for another home. Denise is truly committed to each and every one of her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy. She has become a friend and we plan to have her and her husband for dinner sometime soon! We could not recommend her more highly!
