I called to inquire about a home for sale and although that home was under contract, had a discussion with Denise Holleritter about what we were looking for and a timeline. At the time, I was searching around casually for homes as my husband was not 100% on board with selling. Denise and I discussed my situation and exchanged contact information. A few months later Denise called to check in we started discussing the current sale and purchase market. She gave me some good pointers on some things for my husband to consider based on his lack of motivation to sell. She helped me tip the scales and my husband agreed to list the house and start looking for another to purchase. Working with Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She is the utmost professional, but even above that, she is a stellar human being. She did her research on our home and the current market, and was open to my thoughts on a slightly higher asking price, given the factors that I cited. She educated us on not pricing the house too high, so that we attract the maximum amount of serious buyers. We arrived at a good sale price and ended up getting 2 very good offers after an open house. She discussed back and forth with the buyers' agents, and we ended up getting $75K over our asking price, with inspections waved, and two months remaining in the home rent free while we looked for another home. Denise is truly committed to each and every one of her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy. She has become a friend and we plan to have her and her husband for dinner sometime soon! We could not recommend her more highly!
